Former Commonwealth Games and World Cup athlete Jenny Carter is your exercise mentor.

Jenny, who has a Science Degree with a major in Human Movement from Melbourne University, has worked for HBF for ten years. In that time she has devised a range of successful exercise programs for hundreds of clients.

Jenny is still a keen athlete and participates in a variety of sports to keep fit and active, such as running, walking, bush walking, cross training, Pilates and stretching.

Felicity Austin

Felicity Austin is committed to helping people who want to change the way they look and feel and has developed weight loss programs that promote a diet rich in nutrients, not just short on calories!

Felicity, who has a degree in Exercise Science and Exercise Rehabilitation from UWA, has an in-depth knowledge of diet and nutrition and delivers educational workshops on basic nutrition, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, women's health, sports nutrition and men's health, as well as running weight loss programs.

She loves to cook and experiments with a wide variety of foods to ensure she eats a balanced diet.
